Rebecca A. Russo, P.E.
President
Rebecca Russo has more than 24 years’ experience in conducting and managing geotechnical investigations, design and construction phase testing, and forensic engineering projects. She joined Balcones Geotechnical in 2014 as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, and assumed an ownership role as President in January 2018. Rebecca has been practicing geotechnical engineering in central and north Texas from 2002, and the southeast United States from 1995.
Russo holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (Virginia Tech). In addition, she has pursued graduate level studies in water resources at Georgia Tech. She is a professionally registered engineer in both Texas and Georgia.
